01. KC-45 single screw internal mixing extrusion granulation experimental unit

KC-45 single screw internal mixing, extrusion and granulation experimental unit integrates internal mixing, lifting, feeding, extrusion, air cooling and hot pelleting, and air cooling, which can realize automatic continuous operation.

The twin-screw extruder unit is composed of drive device, feeding device, barrel and screw, which is used for polymer blending, filling, reinforcement modification or reactive extrusion and pelleting.

When the oxygen nitrogen mixture at 23 ℃± 2 ℃ is introduced, the small oxygen concentration of the material combustion is just maintained, expressed in volume fraction.

06. Bunched wire and cable combustion tester

Model of instrument: EK30011 Manufacturer: Yikai Instrument implements GB/T18380.31-2008 to evaluate the ability of vertically installed bunched wires and cables or optical cables to inhibit the vertical spread of flame under specified conditions.





07. Wire and cable smoke density tester

Model of instrument: EK30012 Manufacturer: Yikai Instrument implements GB/T17651, which is a method to measure the light transmittance of cables or optical cables burning under specific conditions. Under the conditions of flaming or flameless burning, the light transmittance can be used as a means to compare different cables or optical cables or judge whether they meet specific requirements.

08. Fourier infrared spectrometer

Fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) is a molecular absorption spectrum. Different functional groups and chemical bonds vibrate or rotate, and absorb infrared light of different wave numbers. Based on this, it can determine which functional groups or chemical bonds exist or change in the sample, which is used for qualitative, quantitative, and reaction process research.
